We have an informal horizontal organization consistent with good business
practice and low overhead. Senior staff members have a minimum of 20 years
experience in their specialty but most fall in the range of 30-40 years. As a
whole the organization is highly motivated by the dynamics of vehicles (ground
and flight), with primary interest in the development of analysis and synthesis
tools. Wherever possible, we insist on experimental validation and physical
understanding. |
